When to use Glass Partition Dry Joints and Glass Partitions Profiles
Glass partition walls are favored for their aesthetic appeal and the ability to visually expand space while maintaining sound and thermal insulation. Our transparent polycarbonate or PMMA (Plexiglas) Glass Partition Profiles enable single-glass walls without vertical aluminum supports, creating a sense of continuity and lightness, contributing to enhanced living comfort.
Innovation in Double-Sided Polycarbonate Joints
We have developed special polycarbonate joints with transparent double-sided tape, designed to easily and securely join glass panels. The vertical Glass joints profiles, fitted with transparent Tesa or 3M double-sided tape, ensure visual continuity between glass modules, whether in line or with two- or three-way connectors. This offers a cleaner and quicker solution compared to silicone application.
The transparent polycarbonate we use is UV-protected, boasts excellent mechanical properties, and provides thermal and acoustic insulation. For superior transparency, we also offer joints in PMMA (Plexiglas).
We extrude glass to glass partition Joint in various sizes to fit the different glass thicknesses available on the market – 8-10 mm, laminated or tempered. Additionally, we can produce custom-sized Glass Joint Profiles in transparent or colored polycarbonate or PMMA, according to the client’s request.

Installing Polycarbonate Joints
For optimal assembly, the glass must be cut with a central polished flat edge and two lateral bevels with the same inclination as the plastic joint, usually 45°.
Before applying the polycarbonate connection profile, it’s essential to clean the glass edge to ensure adhesion of the double-sided tape. After application, constant and continuous pressure should be applied to ensure the adhesive mass adheres perfectly to the glass.
